Utter RUBBISH you can even see the big void in the top of the loaf in the pic
Tastes great. I added (2) slices of 'zero' carb bread toasted/ cubed into pieces, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and everything bagel seasoning... came out great!

Yes why not, if you like flax seed you can add grounded flaxseeds, roughly 2-3 tbsp. Add while roasting the flour half way.

Which one is your favourite?
We tried this recipe but it did not work for us. Had the oil temperature same as when we would fry regular pooris. The poories would turn brown almos immediately you put it in oil. Lowered the heat and it took a few seconds to cool but we could not get ours to puff up at all. What could have gone wrong?
The thickness. It should be a bit thick and well kneaded. There should not be any lumpy pieces in it. And I think your oil is too hot. Did you leave the dough covered after kneading? And once again knead it.

Why use curd in coconut chutney. Not required
Well, it’s made with dry coconut so I prefer putting curd to give some creaminess. You can avoid it.

It is not fenugreek it’s flaxseed and the carb content and fibre content is same so the net carb is almost zero.
Excellent recipe. I have made Masala puri with almond flour. Almond meal is course it works well for halwa.

What if I Dont have microwave
Well, you can bake it 8n te 8ven and if no oven, then simply grill it on a almost NEW nonstick pan on sleep flame,, it will melt and harden ultimately
I made this it was so easy and delicious! Baking in the oven gave me better results.

It’s better if we soak it. Soak it for 3-4 hrs or overnight. You can actually soak the chia in the liquid and add other ingredients when having .
